Production Process
1. PE coating paper （Single / Double）
The paper required for the production of paper cup fans is food grade paper, the general gram weight is 150gsm to 380gsm, and the PE film is 15g to 30g.
Food grade paper can be used for single-side PE coating, generally suitable for the production of hot drink paper cups; Used for double-sided PE coating, generally suitable for the production of hot drink paper cups.
2. Printing custom design
Our company has three presses, each capable of printing six colors at the same time, to customize the design you want. The company uses flexographic printing, the use of food grade ink, printed patterns are not easy to fade, and the color and pattern are clear and bright.
3. Die-cutting paper cup fan size
Our company has 10 die-cutting machines and replaced them with a new die-cutting machine in March 2024. The speed of die-cutting paper cup fans is faster and it can produce paper cup fans for customers faster.

1. PE coated paper ( Single / Double )
The bottom roll of the paper cup is made of PE coated paper roll through the slitting machine. The size of the bottom paper can be customized according to the size of the paper cup fan.
2. Slitting PE coated bottom rolls
If your paper cup fan is made of cold drink paper cups, or ice cream paper bowls, then your paper cup fan should use double PE coated paper, and the bottom paper should also choose double PE coated paper, otherwise it is easy to leak.
If you customize the hot drink paper cup fan, the general choice is single PE coated paper, similarly, the bottom paper should also choose single PE coated paper.
3. PE coated bottom rolls waterproof packaging
Can be packaged in a single roll or in pallets.

2. Cross-cut PE coated paper sheet
Can be cross-cut according to the size you want to customize, and supports customization of Single / Double PE coated paper to make hot drink cup paper and cold drink cup paper.
3. Wood pulp PE coated paper sheet
Can be used to customize disposable paper cups, soup bowls, fast food lunch boxes, cake boxes, etc.
